Registration and Fees

The online registration is closed. You can register to the conference on site at the registration desk from July 26th until July 29th.

Conference fees

Early registration until June 21	€ 520
Late registration after June 21	€ 620
Registration on site	€ 720

The registration fee will cover:

Admission to the technical programme of the conference
Admission to the workshops
Admission to the tutorials
Conference proceedings
Coffee breaks & lunches
Welcome reception
Conference dinner

Reduced fee for students - Application closed

A limited number of student grants is available for a reduced conference fee. Please fill in the form and send it and a letter of recommendation by a professor by fax to Florian Hacklinger, +49-89-2180-9175. To make sure your application does not get lost, please send an email with the subject "ICWE student grant" to florian.hacklinger@pst.ifi.lmu.de. We will inform you well in advance of the early registration deadline if you have been accepted for a student grant.

Confirmation of Registration

Your registration will be confirmed by email only after payment has been received.

Please show your registration confirmation at the registration desk when collecting your conference documentation. Speakers and participants will receive a name badge. Everyone is requested to wear this badge for all conference activities.

Cancellation

INTERPLAN must be notified of any cancellation by email to icwe04@interplan.de.

Refunding - in case of cancellation - is only possible for those participants that are not presenting a paper at the conference:

before June 26: full refunding (except € 50 for administrative fees)
after June 26: no refunding possible for cancellation on or after this date.
