Travel Information

ICWE 2004 will be held at the University of Munich, located in the museum district at walking distance from the centre of the city.

The Munich International Airport has direct flights from all major cities of the world and is connected to the city centre by shuttle trains every 10 minutes. Munich's main railway station can also be reached by high speed trains from all major cities in Europe (online train connections). In addition, Munich has excellent road connections.
To transfer from the airport to the city use taxi (which is rather expensive) or train (S-Bahn). For more information concerning the transfer, have a look at the web site of the airport.
The way to the train is well marked at the airport. Just follow this symbol
